Huff's Hounds Basset Hounds: Family Raised

For generations, we've dedicated ourselves to breeding healthy, happy AKC Basset Hounds right here in our North Georgia home. Every puppy is a cherished member of our family.

MEET OUR HOUNDS

KING

"King" is a European Basset. He lives up to his namesake weighing in at approximately 90 pounds. In spite of his size he is a "gentle giant." We imported "Kingston" when he was a puppy from the world renowned "Long Castle Hound" kennel in Ukraine.

XBULL

"X-Bull" is our newest European import. He left Ukraine when he was only 2 months old and has matured into an extremely good looking boy with a great personality. X-Bull has proved to be a very friendly with the ladies! His bark is classic basset bark!

Maple

Maple is one of our very own Huff's Hound! She has been born and raised here and keeps everyone on schedule. She lets everyone know when it's mealtime and when its naptime and when it's time to harmonize! She loves being a mother and would take care of everyone else's litter if we would let her!

Stella

Stella is a classic tri basset. She is 100% European. She is loud and smart. She loves to howl and has the true basset howl mastered! She has a beautiful blanket back slick coat. She is always up for a good game of chase with all the other bassets!

Lilu

Lilu is a petite red and white basset with excellent features. She loves activity and has a brilliant basset mind. Lilu came to Huff's Hounds from Russia when she was a puppy. We have enjoyed Lilu immensely. She is our kids' favorite basset!

Mincy

Mincy has spent her whole life with us. We got her mom from Russia and Dad from Brazil. Mincy has a beautiful soft coat that she inherited from her mother. She has excellent features and a very spry personality. She gets along with everyone and is eager to please to receive a treat!

Myrtle

Myrtle is an American Basset Hound with nice features. She is meek and mild and always ready for a nice long nap. Myrtle has a very smooth and soft coat. We expect her puppies to have the same great features and personality that she has!
